It will also include monitoring of results and reporting on a monthly basis.
Regular reporting – providing a monthly report detailing results against agreed targets. These will commonly be sales leads, sales appointments, website traffic, direct marketing results (open rates, click throughs).
Direct Marketing Campaign management – planning, creating and implementing all direct marketing campaigns. This covers online and offline activity and includes the creation, implementation and reporting of the campaign results.
Media buying – where required, this includes negotiating with trade publications for the best advertising rates. It will also include the planning, creation and implementation of all advertising campaigns.
Social media management – managing any social media channels used and providing regular reports on the activity.
