We create bespoke programmes and campaigns for our clients with a starting point of getting an in depth understanding of their business and marketing objectives, both in the short, medium and longer term.

We create an outline document covering the background to the client’s needs, their key objectives and a headline plan. Following approval from the client, and further exploration, we create the final programme document.

Our last step often involves developing the client’s value proposition which provides the foundation for all the marketing, brand management and communication activity. The activity plan is constructed, implemented and managed by us.

Monitoring the campaign is vital and we provide regular reporting on the programme outcomes measured against agreed targets.
